POdjetno Nad Izzive - PONI Pomurje

PONI Pomurje is a model of entrepreneurial training in which potential entrepreneurs develop and realize their business ideas within 4 months. This is achieved through a comprehensive 4-month program that includes entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and providing comprehensive assistance to participants in realizing their business ideas.

The project will run from 2023 to 2028 and will involve 106 participants in the Pomurje region.

The goal of the project is the establishment of new business entities (sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, and other forms of business entities).

The expected result of the project is to engage 106 potential entrepreneurs who will create 106 business plans and introduce 106 minimally viable products to the market. The aim is to achieve at least 30% successful transitions into entrepreneurship. At least 30% of the participants will come from the field of smart specialization in connection with the developmental specializations of the region.

Implementation Period: December 2023 – December 2028

Project Funding: The project is carried out within the framework of the European Cohesion Policy Program in the period 2021-2027 in Slovenia, Priority 1: Innovation-Driven Society, Specific Objective RSO1.3: Strengthening the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and creating jobs in SMEs, among others through productive investments (ERDF).

The project is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
